Welcome to the Charleston County School District 2022-2023 Student Transfer Application Process Please note that the Student Transfer application process is not used to register a child for a given school. It is used to request permission to attend a neighborhood school outside of the student's attendance zone. If the request is approved, you may then proceed to the Registration process for the neighborhood school. To begin a new Student Transfer application, first select the school you wish to transfer to. If you have already started a Student Transfer application, or would like to apply for another program, you can login to your account using the form on the left. You may not be eligible for all programs listed due to your current grade. You will be alerted in this case and will not be able to continue the application for that program. You may submit Student Transfer applications for multiple programs. Please only apply to programs you are truly interested in attending. Welcome and thank you for your interest in a CCSD magnet/charter school or program. Please note that the Choice application process is not used to register a child for a given school. It is used to apply for consideration to attend a choice school. If an application is approved and a seat is accepted, you will need to proceed to the Registration process for the choice school once Registrations open for the next school year. Parents/guardians or students can log in to see their application dashboard or messages. For information on School Choice and important dates for the coming school year, please visit the School Choice website.
